Application and Process Audits. ERP Selection and investment approval support.
Project Management for new ERP Implementations (10 IFS projects) and Upgrades (3 projects).
Project Plan construction, team formation, vendor liaison, budgetary control, communications (all levels).
Applications and process architect adept at defining and deploying a process solution without modification.
Business process re-structuring and deployment for commercial, service and manufacturing organizations.
Extensive functional knowledge of IFS Applications (20 years experience of IFS2001-3 to Apps 10)
IFS Module specialist expertise in Manufacturing, Engineering, Distribution, Human Resources, Service/Maintenance, Projects, CRM and Finance.
Specialist areas such as Materials Planning(MPS/MRP), Sub-contracting, Demand Planning, Constraint Based Scheduling (CBS/APB)
Configure to Order(CTO) and Warehouse Data Collection (WaDaCo).
Specification of interfaces (including EDI and export software), creation of custom objects and lobbies.
Key/End User training, IFS Security, helpdesk support and Data Migration/Quick Reports/SQL query.
Development and execution of test plans.
Strategic and Operational Management and Supervision (to Director Level)
Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications and Visual Basic (.Net).
Remote user support.
